Payment Methods:

We accept Visa/MasterCard and Paypal. We also accept payments by Personal Checks, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. Please make check, money order or cashier’s check payable to The Mailbox Ranch (LLC). Orders made by Personal Checks will not be shipped until Check clears the Bank

Shipping:

Mailboxes are made as they are ordered so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Other items will ship after payment has cleared. Shipping confirmation will be sent when item is shipped.

Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated on the price of an individual order.


Delivery:

All items within the US are shipped UPS ground service.Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges will be a little higher. Persons from these two states please email us for shipping cost. INTERNATIONAL orders.. Please email or call us for shipping rates (601)758-4767. All International shipping will be through USPS.

Returns & Refunds/Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. Purchases must be returned in original condition. Returns are not accepted without prior arrangement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 25% Restocking Fee on all Returned Items. Customer is Responsible for all Returned Shipping Charges.Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Personalized, &Custom made orders or personalized items are not returnable. C.O.D.'s are not accepted.

Please Note: We DO NOT issue refunds for any of the handpainted, custom made mailboxes...Please call us immediately if your mailbox is damaged during shipment. If the mailbox is damaged while in transit, we will replace it at no charge to you and take the appropriate steps with UPS for pick-up of the damaged mailbox.

Custom Made orders or personalized items are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm dimensions,style, size, color, personalization, etc. when placing an order.

This includes all of our Handmade, Handpainted, Novelty Animal mailboxes. These items are individually created when they are ordered and each is a piece of custom commissioned artwork, therefore they must be paid for in advance. We do not have the space to keep anything in stock and all sales are final.

    The following items are not refundable:
    • Handmade,handpainted,animal novelty mailboxes
    • Woodendipity style mailboxes
    • House and Transportation mailboxes
    • Dog Breed Lawn/Garden Ornaments
    • Any other products that are marked as customized or personalized.
    • Copper Wastebaskets
    • Custom made products that have begun production.

Credits can only be issued to the credit card used when the order was placed. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Damaged Goods:

Please open your merchandise upon receiving. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify The Mailbox Ranch (LLC).com immediately. Please keep the packaging material and shipping box because the carrier often needs to study it when a damage claim report is submitted. ALL carriers only process claims within 7 days of delivery, so please contact us immediately. We will be the party responsible for filing the claim. After the 7 days, the customer is responsible for the damaged goods.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:

All packages returned to our warehouse undeliverable or refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. If an is re-shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional freight charges.

Gift Certificates:

Personalized gift certificates are available for all occasions. Gift certificates may also be ordered by fax, phone or mail. A great solution if your not sure which breed, style or color to order ~ send them a gift certificate and let them decide what they like best. Contact us for more information if you'd like to order by phone, fax or mail

Holiday/Birthday Purchases:

Purchases that are intended as gifts and may be wrapped for a period of time prior to opening MUSTbe inspected upon receipt. Please inspect your Holiday/Birthday purchases when you receive them, PRIOR to gift-wrapping. Remember that we will only accept returns on items within 14 days of their receipt.

Shopping Cart:

Orders improperly processed by our shopping cart will not be processed if item charge is incomplete when order is received by The Mailbox Ranch, LLC. Customer Service will contact Customer by telephone or email providing the correct order summary, valid order confirmation number and price with total due. Confirmation number for invalid order will be considered invalid on orders that have not been authorized through Customer Service.

Length of Time to Make & Ship Our Mailboxes:

We do not keep the mailboxes in stock and It takes us approximately 6 - 8 weeks to make and ship a custom handmade wooden novelty mailbox due to the amount of orders that we have. When you place an order please note on the order form if you need this mailbox a little sooner than the alloted time. We are not responsible for getting the order to you sooner if you don't tell us and will not expeditate shipping expenses unless the customer is willing to pay the expeditied shipping. The Mailbox Ranch,LLC will not be responsible for expedited shipping charges.
