Greg Hentzi hand embosses lustrous copper into a 3-dimensional scene of animals in motion, along with a serene landscape or simply a beautiful close up of dragonflies dancing among wheat or bamboo. All of his mailboxes are a mix of his artwork and mother nature. The beautiful antique copper finish is carefully hand applied and then coated with a clear lacquer. This can be maintained by re-spraying with a clear lacquer or if you prefer the natural finish it can be allowed to weather naturally. Each of his mailboxes is made from steel that is powder coated in gloss black. The locking wall mount mailboxes include a brushed stainless steel outer lid and has two keys to access your mail. These mailboxes are virtually indestructible. No two are alike. Each Rugged Locking Post mount mailbox by Greg Hentzi has a locked locked compartment inside-approximately half the height of the mailbox. The letter carrier deposits the mail through an incoming mail slot which is 10" x 2". The mail remains in the locked compartment until you remove it with your key. The locking curbside mailbox comes with 2 keys. Mailbox measures: 11"H x 10.25"W x 21"D, Incoming mail slot is 3/4"W x 9-3/4"L - Includes 2 keys for locking door.
